I will be doing a talk/workshop on turning your family scandals into story, on March 26 from 12 to 1:30. I realize this is a Tuesday, but take the day off, come write with me, and then go drink some wine in the beautiful Napa Valley!

Seriously, that’s what I do. My family history is rife with scandals and good/bad/horrible/outrageous/secret events, and they’ve fueled my books for over a decade. (Our Lying Kin is really one big family scandal, with a mystery in it.)
If you’ve wanted to take some of the sordid or funny or weird family secrets and turn them into mysteries or other types of stories, this is the event for you.
